Data over marketing

If a compound does not have human trial data on longevity endpoints, we say so. Clearly. A well-marketed compound with weak evidence scores lower than an obscure one with strong data.

Public methodology

Our scoring formula, data sources, and dimension weights are published. You can check our work. If you disagree with a weight or a data point, tell us.

Updated quarterly

New RCTs publish. Scores change. A compound score from last year is not the same as a score from this year. We re-run the numbers every quarter and publish what changed.

No proprietary blends

We name every compound, every dose, every branded ingredient source. If a supplement brand hides behind a "proprietary blend," ask them what they are hiding and why.
